Dissemination Conference Grants support COST Action participants in presenting results and activities of the Action at high-level international conferences. These grants aim to increase the visibility and impact of the COST Action by promoting its outputs to the wider scientific community and relevant stakeholders.
Purpose
The Dissemination Conference Grants aim to:
- promote the visibility of COST Action research and activities;
- support dissemination of results beyond the Action network;
- facilitate networking with researchers and stakeholders;
- increase the scientific and societal impact of the Action.
Eligibility Criteria
Who can apply?
- Participants of RATIONALE
- Active contributors to the COST Action
- Applicants with an accepted oral or poster presentation at an international conference
- The presentation must clearly relate to and promote the COST Action
Applications should preferably be submitted at least 45 days before the conference.
Applicants must acknowledge COST support during their presentation.
What is supported?
The grant supports participation in international conferences where the applicant presents work related to the COST Action.
It contributes to:
- travel
- accommodation
- subsistence
- registration fees
The grant is a financial contribution and does not necessarily cover all costs.
Financial Support
The Dissemination Conference Grant is paid as a fixed contribution.
Typical maximum amount:
- up to 1500 EUR
The exact amount is determined by the Grant Awarding Committee based on the conference and available budget.
